Art for Resilience
April 4 – May 9, 2026
Art for Resilience is a six-week, process-oriented workshop designed for adults seeking to strengthen emotional resilience, self-confidence, and inner resources through mindful art-making. Combining gentle mindfulness practices with structured yet open-ended creative directives, the workshop offers a supportive and confidential space for reflection, expression, and connection.
What to ExpectEach session follows a consistent and grounding rhythm that includes guided meditation, short creative warm-ups, in-depth art-making, and facilitated group reflection. Participants are invited to work with a wide range of materials without any requirement for prior artistic experience. The focus lies not on artistic skill or outcome, but on process, presence, and personal meaning-making.
Intentional StructureCollaborative EnergyOver six weeks, participants explore themes such as inner resources, emotional spaciousness, identity, grounding and calm, relationships and community, and integration of insights into daily life. Through imagery, symbols, and embodied reflection, participants are supported in navigating challenging emotions, cultivating self-awareness, and reconnecting with sources of strength, joy, and belonging.

Her work is grounded in art therapy and mindfulness-based practices, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, care, and accessibility. No prior artistic experience is required to participate in her workshops.
